Francis J. Kelley N3FK - SK

August 23, 1935 - August 4, 2005

It is with deep sadness and regret that I learned today that Frank
N3FK had become a silent key. Frank was a good friend and long
time supporter of the Maritime net for as long as I can remember.
Frank served as an advisor to me and as a member of our
applications committee. His down to earth honest manner made him
a pleasure to work with.

Needless to say Frank will be greatly missed by myself, the
Maritime Net and the Amateur radio community.

73 Frank.
