Harold Crosby - KF4YDO - SK (Nov 4, 2014)
Harold Crosby, 81, of Callaway, Fla., passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 4, 2014, at a local hospital. A native of Cranesville, Pa., he had resided in Bay County since 1975. Harold retired from the USAF after 20 years of service and then worked for Civil Service at the Navy base. He was a Ham operator and member of the National Association for Amateur Radio and Panama City Amateur Radio Club.
Harold was preceded in death by his wife, Katherine Crosby, and daughter, Marie Reiser. He is survived by his children, William Reiser (Gracie) and Paul Reiser (Francene); his sister, Esther Carr; four grandchildren, Michael Reiser (Melissa), Kirsten Norwood (Steve), Brandon Reiser (Cheryl) and Adam Reiser (Kristen); and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, Nov. 10, 2014, at 1 p.m. at Kent-Forest Lawn Chapel with the Rev. Virgil Tillman officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends and visitors on Sunday evening, Nov. 9, 2014, from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
